Address Updates Requested
CPF is preparing to mail out Semi-Annual
Participant Statements.
In order to receive a Statement, participants must have a current address on
file.
It is requested that participants who do not have their current address on file,
immediately advise the Fund of their current address by writing or faxing the
information to:
